Please look at your errors. Please try to follow the instruction of your software vendor carefully.
1. Make sure the permissions of the folders are correct (exactly as the software requires).
2. Make sure when you upload your files into your folders in our website they are uploaded in the correct way. For example the files might need to be uploaded in Binary
etc
3. FTP softwares some times miss a file or folder. Please upload them one by one and make sure that all files are uploaded.
