First please find out the reason. It can be because you failed to renew your service.
Login to our client area with the same Login email and password you used when you signed up with us.
Go to Billing Management and login. If you have lost your password there is an area to request a new password.
In the Invoices section please check and see if there is any unpaid invoice.
If there is any unpaid invoice please make the payment. If the payment method is Paypal
Use a verified Paypal account and proceed with your payment. If the payment method is Bank transfer please visit
http://internetbrothers.co.kr/payment
In the above page you will find our Bank account information.
Please read that page and make the payment accordingly. If your account suspension is due to nonpayment
We might have to manually verify your account and renew it. That might take about 6 hours Office hours Mon~ Fri. You won't need to make a phone call. After making the payment you can open a billing ticket in our client area and let us know.
If after 6 hours in Korea Business days still your account is not activated please feel free to contact us.
