If your account is still suspended even after you made the full payment
There are two possible scenarios
1. Your account was suspended originally because of non-payment and you must contact us to resume your account. You do not need to make a phone call. Simply visit our client area and contact us by opening a billing ticket.
Please note There might be some body in the technical department who can have access to our billing section and help you but usually we will need at least 6 hours to manually verify and resume your account. This needs to be done in Korean week days Office hours.

2. You have not paid the late fee. Please check your invoice if a late fee has been added to your invoice you need to pay the balance.

3. Your site has been suspended due to an Acceptable Use Policy violation . In both cases please contact us.
