Pro-rated charges occur because you are either a new customer that began service anytime during the previous month, or you are a current customer who changed your product/services anytime during the previous month. In some of our products or services we might bill in advance for services at the beginning of each month. Pro-rated charges are found on the first full month’s invoice, or are on the next month’s invoice when changes are made.
