What to do if I made an overpayment?

If you think you have made an overpayment through paypal multiple subscription or manually you do not need to worry
Every transaction is automatically documented in our Billing system and you can verify that:
Login to our client area. In the first page you can see your  "Account Statistics"
Look at  your "Account Credit Balance" If you have a credit there that means you have made an overpayment or we have manually added credit to your account for any reason for example advance payment etc...
If you think the credit there is due to an overpayment.
Please go to your paypal account and check to see if you have more than one subscription. Cancel all of your subscriptions first .Next month your invoices will be paid automatically from your existing credit ( over payment ). then you can make a new subscription.
If you think our servers are the right choice for you please consider changing your billing cycle to longer period. just contact us and we make the necessary changes for you.

If you unsubscribe from paypal you must do that at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment other wise paypal might again send us payment.
