What would happen in a downtime?

We will invesigate and check to see the cause of the downtime the effective steps will be taken to ensure that your server is back online soon.

If the issue is with the server hardware/network, we will try to bring it back online within a period of 3 hrs . However, if the issue is with the OS or a installed application, 

that might take a little longer to debug .
