2. the date we receive an order
the server is installed within our different facilities , different data centers in Gyongkido or Seoul
across South Korea.
Even though we give you a test IP there is no 100% assurance that your particular hosting plan will be exactly on the same facility .
If you think you need a test IP then you will need to open a ticket with us . Please also let us know where your traffic mostly will come from
